FEATURED WINE OF THE MOMENT

AIN'T YOUR DADDY'S ZINFANDEL

This debut release was harvested from a 30-year-old dry farmed Zinfandel vineyard in Napa Valley's St. Helena Appellation. There is a splash of Merlot to add brightness and complexity. The wine was aged in both new and used French oak barrels, then was moved to stainless steel before it became over-oaked. The result is a balanced food wine that is perfect with grilled meats, pasta, pizza, you name it... It may also be enjoyed as an evening cocktail with friends.

When the wine was introduced at the 2007 Family Winemakers of California Tasting where over 400 wineries showed their works, it created quite a buzz.  One regional newspaper included this wine in the top ten wines of the show! We think you will agree it AIN'T YOUR DADDY'S ZINFANDEL.
